Hello Oma in East Hampton is offering a sustainable Passover meal, with no plastic packaging. The menu includes sustainably raised brisket, matzo ball soup, harvest, lacinato kale Caesar salad, roasted carrots and coconut labneh, and gluten free sweets. Lulu Kitchen in Sag Harbor is now offering a special Easter and Passover dinner to go with curbside pickup. Easter dinner special is priced for two persons at $85 and includes a roasted leg of lamb stuffed with pint peso and English pea polenta with sautéed French beans and shallots and almonds. Passover dinner package for four persons is $200 and comes with fresh greens salad, hummus, whole roasted cauliflower, two entrees (choice roasted chicken, skirt steak, lamb tagging, vegetable stew, or whole grilled branzino), and sides of ratatouille, garlic kale, beets and horseradish, carrots, and chickpeas.
