Baiting Hollow Farm Vineyard
Gissel Garcia will play Saturday from 2 to 6 PM. Then on Sunday during the same times, it’s Ricky Roche, who plays everything from the Beatles and Led Zeppelin to Metallica and Snoop Dog. He’s even honored requests for Slayer.

The vineyard will also host a Vertical Wine Tasting on Sunday from 12 to 2 PM. You can meet winemaker Tom Drozd, who will help you explore eight past and present vintages. There will be an assortment of cheeses, charcuterie, and other light fare to nosh on.

Castello Di Borghese Vineyard
Guided tours of the winery and production area are held every Saturday from 1 to 2 PM. The cost is $30. For reservations, call 631-734-5111.

Clovis Point Vineyard and Winery
The Ahmad Ali Duo will perform from 1:30 to 5:30 PM on Saturday, and from 2 to 4 PM, there will be an artist reception for Mac Titmus’s “Interpretive Photography,” a collection curated by Alex Ferrone. The exhibit will be on display through Monday.

Jason’s Vineyard

Lieb Cellars
Lieb Cellars is joining with the folks at the Ram’s Head Inn for a five-course wine pairing dinner at 7 PM on April 27. The dinner will include a winemakers’ preview with hors d’oeuvres in the inn’s lounge area, followed by a choice of local oysters or baby arugula salad.

Third course will consist of pan seared trout, which will be followed up by roast rack of lamb, and then by a slice of chocolate cake with caramelized banana.

Martha Clara Vineyards
The vineyard will host Wine Glass Paint and Sips on Sunday from 1 to 2:30 PM. The wine and paint session will be hosted by Wine of a Kind’s artist, Maggie Carine. Palmer Vineyards
The Summer Rosé and Bubbly Fest is July 28. It will feature music, over 25 wineries, specialty foods, and light hors d’oeuvres. Plan to wear your best pink outfit, and practice dancing on the lawn — even if it’s raining. There will be two Summer Rosé and Bubbly Fest sessions — 12 to 3 PM and 4 to 7 PM. Pindar Vineyards
Savor Spring Splendor with a paid tasting flight until the end of the month. Spring winery tours featuring a look inside the barrel and tank rooms will be held on Saturdays from 1 to 3 PM until May 19. Tickets are $20 per person ($15 wine club), which includes a select tasting of five wines after the tour. Payment is required with reservation.

Mark Eisemann will play as part of the vineyard’s live music series on Saturday from 1 to 5 PM.

The Pindar Wine Club’s Spring release party is also on Saturday, from 2 to 4 PM inside the tasting room. This is a wine club members-only event, in which VIPs can taste a preview of the May Club wines, and meet the new winemaker, Erik Bilka. There will be complimentary snacks provided by Long Island Chowda Co. An a la carte menu of lunch items will also be for sale to club members, as well as all guests of Pindar Vineyards.
