After a period of major renovations, “25” was the magic number on Thursday, October 25, as Sen Restaurant in Sag Harbor officially reopened, celebrating 25 years in business with a $25 special for an open bar and gourmet appetizers. The Matsuoka family, Sen’s proprietors, wanted to give back to the community for their continuing support. The centerpiece of the evening was the expert traditional carving of a 100 lb yellow fin tuna that had been specially flown in from Japan for the occasion.
