At 10:30 AM, the Hampton Bays library is hosting “Core Yoga with Sarah.” This yoga class will help you build strength and increase flexibility; meditation and breath will also be explored. Core Yoga is a dynamic series of poses where breath is linked to movement. The class is moderately paced and set to music, and will invigorate your whole body.
Participants are asked to dress comfortably and bring a mat or towel to all classes. No registration required, but the fee is $7 and attendees are required to bring exact change to expedite sign in.
