The Ecological Culture Initiative will host an organic Farm-To-Table Winter Solstice Dinner at St. Joseph’s Villa in Hampton Bays on Thursday, December 20, from 6 to 8 PM. ECI will serve organic, gluten-free, and vegetarian food prepared by Executive Chef Colette Connor of The Inn Spot. Ingredients will be organically sourced.
