The Hampton Bays Library is offering a visit to the Southampton Animal Shelter at 1 PM for teens. At the shelter, the group will be give out dog biscuits to shelter dogs and play with the cats. Transportation to and from the shelter is required from a parent or guardian. Bring a small food or toy donation for the animals. The Hampton Bays Library is offering “Gentle Chair Stretching for Everyone” from 1:30 to 2:30 PM. Join Susan Semerade for guided stretches, exercises, and simple yoga poses, primarily seated in a chair. The class includes breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and meditation. The class is $7 and attendees are asked to dress comfortably and bring a mat or towel to class.
To celebrate its 35th summer season, BCMF presents a series of pre-season FREE “Pop-Up” concerts throughout the community.
