Songwriters Share Concert Series: Points East

When: 01/04/2019, 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

The 5th annual Songwriters Share Concert Series, in which songwriters share what has inspired them to write their songs while also sharing the proceeds of the concert with a local charity of their choice, kicks off their first concert of the season with Points East on Friday, January 4th at 7:30 PM at the Unitarian Universalist Meeting House at 977 Sag Harbor/Bridgehampton Turnpike.

Points East is a family band from the North Fork of Long Island performing original music and unique arrangements of cover tunes with an acoustic alternative folk newgrass country flavor. They will be playing to benefit Maureen’s Haven. (The goal of Maureen’s Haven is to provide safe, warm temporary shelter to homeless individuals from November through March, utilizing volunteer houses of worship and congregation volunteers.)

A complimentary reception will follow the concert with an opportunity to speak with the artists and concertgoers alike. General admission is $20 and $15 for seniors and students.

Please come and help to support this series that gives back to the community!
