The 1770 House Restaurant & Inn in East Hampton presents a New Year’s Eve celebration menu by executive chef Michael Rozzi with wine selections by wine director Michael Cohen, followed by New Year dining deals starting January 1.
On New Year’s Eve, from 5:30 to 10:30 PM, Rozzi presents a wide assortment of dishes in a lavish four-course tasting menu, $110 per person (plus tax, gratuity, or beverage) that starts with small bites and lighter flavors that build into big, full flavors and multi-layer dishes.
From 5:30 PM on New Year’s Day, Rozzi’s nightly à la carte fine dining and Tavern menus return. Starting January 1, there are also two dining deals. On weeknights, Sunday to Thursday, a $38 three-course prix fixe menu with selections from the fine dining menu is available in the dining room and Tavern. On Tavern Thursday, the downstairs casual menu features $17.70 dining deals, $9 wine selections and a $5 beer selection. On the winter Tavern menu, Rozzi adds St. Louis-style pork ribs and chicken parmigiana-style to The 1770 House classic burger and meatloaf. Call 631-324-1770 for details.
