When: 12/20/2018, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Join North Fork chalk artist Kara Hoblin on Thursday, December 20 from 6 to 8 PM at the Southampton Arts Center to wipe away many of her large chalk drawings as a tool to let go of attachments from the past, present, and future.
The third “Big Erase” invites all participants to come with an open heart and mind to the power art has to heal and build compassionate relationships in modern society. All chalkboards will also be available for participants to make their own chalk creations inspired by something they would like to let go of. Then all chalk drawings will be ceremoniously wiped clean during “The Big Erase,” including live music by Julia King and refreshments.
