The South Fork Natural History Museum is collaborating with the East End Food Institute on Saturday, February 22, at 10:30 AM for a Kitchen Table Conversations workshop. The workshop will include an introduction to the institute, a discussion about local farm to table food-system and its challenges. The workshop will be held at the East End Food Institute in Southampton and will conclude with a food tasting. For adults and children ages six and up a $5 fee. Advance registration is required.
