The South Fork Museum of Natural History hosts “Come Draw With Us,” an art workshop for adults and teens at 10:30 AM. Workshop leader Muriel Appelbaum is a working artist with an MFA in Studio Art from Pratt Institute in NYC. She mostly draws from nature — landscapes, people, and live animals. The Clam Bar at Napeague hosts live music every Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. On July 18 Telly will jam. Guests are encouraged to arrive early and enjoy seafood favorites at the Hamptons staple seaside shack, like the classic lobster salad roll or raw clams on the half-shell. Chain Reaction, one of the top performance bands from the Long Island and New York area will jam at the Shoppes at East Wind on Wednesday, July 18th. The group specializes in a variety of music from the 1940s, 70s, 80s, 90s, classic rock, disco, and contemporary music.
